Outlaw Pariah State, Demonic Force: 'Self-hating' UK Jew

Haaretz: There is no evil crime of which Israel cannot be accused:

It's an outlaw state, a pariah state, a demonic force.

Calls for an end to the occupation are now regarded as merely propping up Zionism, an apartheid system.

The right of return is sacred; the law of return is a racist abomination.

In the British media, critical pro-Israel voices are drowned out by pro-Palestinian ones and the angry American Zionist right. Either you're a supporter of apartheid or a self-hating Jew.

Liberal Diaspora Jewry afraid to talk, afraid to be silent

Pro-Palestinian students protest at Manchester University in the U.K., March 4, 2009

Here in Britain, for the most part, ordinary people don't care about the complicated story of the Middle East. They don't buy the line that Israel stands on the front line of the war against terror. They may know of the impoverished city of Sderot and the rocket fire it faced over time, but in the balance sheet of life and death - when, in a densely packed strip of earth blockaded from all directions, children are made to go without food, toys and medicines - human sympathy has little difficulty attaching itself to the victims.

This is the tight place in which liberal Jews in the Diaspora find ourselves, and we can hardly breathe, let alone speak. Wanting to articulate the same critique of Israeli policy as Israeli critics, we find ourselves adding our voices to a condemnation of the Jewish state, which is turning into hate speech here. There is no evil crime of which Israel cannot be accused: It's an outlaw state, a pariah state, a demonic force.

In such a climate, it is very difficult to speak at all. To critically support Israel is to discredit your own progressive values - to be a pariah in the artistic and intellectual communities that are your natural home.

UK police suspect Mossad spy murdering Egyptian spy!

London's police admitted that Marwan's shoes - an essential piece of evidence - have disappeared and are feared to be destroyed. The shoes would have helped prove if the Mossad agent had fallen off his balcony and had stepped on something before doing so, or was thrown off it by someone else.

Marwan was married to the daughter of Nasser, definitely spied for Mossad but may have been a double agent!

Report: U.K. police increasingly suspect Mossad spy murdered

By Yossi Melman, Haaretz Correspondent

Evidence brought by a new witness has increased British police's suspicions that an Egyptian spy for the Mossad did not fall to his death in June but was in fact murdered, The Times reported on Wednesday.

London police are set to interview the witness, who claims to have seen two men on the balcony of Dr. Ashraf Marwan's apartment in the moments after he fell to his death.

The body of Marwan, 62, who warned Israel ahead of the outbreak of the Yom Kippur War, was found on the sidewalk near his apartment in London.

The Times reported that the witness said the men, wearing suits and of Mediterranean appearance, peered over the balcony at his body before disappearing inside the apartment.

London's Metropolitan police admitted, however, that Marwan's shoes - an essential piece of evidence - have disappeared and are feared to be destroyed.

The shoes would have helped prove whether the Mossad agent had fallen off his balcony and had stepped on something before doing so, or was thrown off it by someone else.

A well-to-do businessman, Marwan had lived in London since the late 1970s. He was married to the daughter of the late Egyptian President Gamal Abd Nasser, and former political and security adviser to President SadatRead more at haaretz.co.il

Another Mossad ASSASSINATION of Double Agent?

Dr.Marwan was son-in-law of the late President Nasser.

Israeli sources have claimed that he was recruited by Mossad, and in 1969 and in 1973 handed over files that showed Egypt’s plans to cross the Suez Canal.

Egyptian sources have said that Dr Marwan fed disinformation for years to the Israelis with the blessing of the Government. Marwan was hailed as a national hero by Mubarak, an Israel stooge.

Missing memoirs fuel spy death mystery

Detectives investigating the mysterious death in London of an Egyptian
billionaire who had been accused of being an Israeli secret agent are
examining claims that an explosive account of his life disappeared from his
flat on the day that he died.

The Times has learnt that the only known copy of a book written by Ashraf
Marwan vanished when he fell four floors to his death from his apartment in
St James’s Park.

The disclosure came as Dr Marwan’s son spoke for the first time of his
family’s belief that his father was murdered. His claims will increase
speculation that another former foreign agent may have been murdered on
British soil after the poisoning last year of Alexander Litvinenko, the
former KGB agent.

Dr Marwan, 62, a businessman and son-in-law of the late President Nasser, died
at about 1pm on June 27 after falling from a window at his suite of
apartments in Carlton House Terrace. His death followed allegations over his
role during the 1973 Yom Kippur War. Some authors have claimed that he was a
well-connected Israeli spy. Others have said that he was an Egyptian double
agent, feeding Israel disinformation with the knowledge of the Egyptian
Government.

Three volumes of the book, each about 200 pages, were taken as well as the
tapes on to which they had been dictated. A source said that on the day he
died, Dr Marwan was due to fly to the United States to finalise the last
chapter.

The book was expected to be released in October on the anniversary of the Yom
Kippur War, the source said. It gave an insider’s account of the Middle East
between 1969 and 1978, using documents that had been officially declassified
by the US and Britain. His account rejected claims that he was an Israeli
spy.

Dr Marwan’s eldest son, Gamal Marwan, 40, said that he and the family were
convinced that his father had been murdered. “There is no way that my father
killed himself. He was a soldier, and died as a soldier, and he died serving
his country. I believe that he was murdered and I have told the authorities
so,” he said.

Those close to Dr Marwan believe that he could not have fallen accidentally.
They have identified one balcony and one window in his bedroom through which
he must have left the building. The balcony rail is 1.4m (4½ft) high while
the window is 1.6m off the floor.

Dr Marwan suffered from leg and foot problems and so could not even step into
a bath unaided, one source said. “He walked with a cane. He was not Michael
Jordan, and could not have jumped that high, and did not use any visible
means to jump out.”

Israeli sources have since claimed that he was recruited by Mossad, the
Israeli intelligence agency, in 1969 and in 1973 handed over files that
showed Egypt’s plans to cross the Suez Canal. However, Egyptian sources have
said that Dr Marwan fed disinformation for years to the Israelis with the
blessing of the Government. Dr Marwan was hailed as a national hero by
Sadat’s successor, President Mubarak. He moved to London 25 years ago.

Einstein: "Jews NOT chosen people"

"No interpretation no matter how subtle can (for me) change this," Einstein wrote in the letter written on January 3, 1954 to the philosopher Eric Gutkind, cited by The Guardian newspaper.

He added: "As far as my experience goes, they are no better than other human groups, although they are protected from the worst cancers by a lack of power. Otherwise I cannot see anything 'chosen' about them."

Einstein: Belief in God 'childish,' Jews not chosen people

In letter written by father of relativity, he reveals his belief that Jewish people 'have no different quality for me than all other people'

As a Jew himself, Einstein said he had a great affinity with Jewish people but said they "have no different quality for me than all other people".

"The word God is for me nothing more than the expression and product of human weaknesses, the Bible a collection of honourable, but still primitive legends which are nevertheless pretty childish.

"No interpretation no matter how subtle can (for me) change this," he wrote in the letter written on January 3, 1954 to the philosopher Eric Gutkind, cited by The Guardian newspaper.

In it, the renowned scientist, who declined an invitation to become Israel's second president, rejected the idea that the Jews are God's chosen people.

"For me the Jewish religion like all others is an incarnation of the most childish superstitions," he said.

"And the Jewish people to whom I gladly belong and with whose mentality I have a deep affinity have no different quality for me than all other people."

And he added: "As far as my experience goes, they are no better than other human groups, although they are protected from the worst cancers by a lack of power. Otherwise I cannot see anything 'chosen' about them."Read more at www.ynetnews.com

Arab media trumpet signs of Israel's defeat

Khaled Abu Toameh

Palestinians warn of backlash in Gaza, fear Olmert will launch military incursion.

Palestinian Authority officials on Tuesday expressed fear that embattled Prime Minister Ehud Olmert would order a massive military operation in the Gaza Strip to divert attention from the harsh findings of the Winograd Report on last summer's war in Lebanon.

For many Palestinians and Arabs, the results of the report are an indication of Israel's "bankruptcy on all levels, especially the security and political level."
Political commentators throughout the Arab world said the report was also a sign of Israel's military weakness and hailed Hizbullah for defeating the "invincible" IDF.
"It's possible that Olmert will try to evade responsibility for Israel's defeat in Lebanon by waging war on the Gaza Strip," PA Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh of Hamas told reporters in Gaza City. "Olmert is facing a serious crisis and this could be his way to salvage himself."
A senior PA official here expressed fear that the political turmoil in Israel would have a negative impact on the prospects of resuming peace talks between the Israelis and Palestinians.
"Olmert is very weak now," he said. "I don't believe he will be able to take real decisions."
According to the official, PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas has been closely following the new crisis in Israel. "President Abbas is very interested in the latest developments in Israel," he added. "He is concerned that the crisis will negatively affect the peace process. We are also concerned that Olmert might embark on a military adventure in the Gaza Strip to cover up for his failure."
Hamas leaders in the Gaza Strip said they did not rule out the possibility that Israel would try to compensate for its "defeat" in Lebanon by "stepping up its military aggression" against the Palestinians.

"This report reflects the extent of the deep crisis facing the Israel government," said a statement issued by Hamas. "The Israeli government has been taken hostage by Israeli extremists like Avigdor Lieberman, who call for waging war against the people of Palestine and Lebanon. Today it's clear that this failed government's policy is based on killing, destruction and extremism."

The statement said the findings of the Winograd Committee also illustrated the "state of chaos in the Israeli political and security establishment."
Political analyst Samir Judeh said the report was a "charge sheet" against the Israeli government. "This is the first time that Israel openly admits that it was defeated in war," he said. "The war against Lebanon was completely unjustified and, according to the report, it turned out to be one of the most humiliating defeats, for Israel has lost its power of deterrence."
"Olmert thought that the war on Lebanon was going to be simple like the other wars against Arab armies. That's why he, his defense minister and chief of staff led the war with full confidence and arrogance," he said.

"Most of the Arab wars with Israel did not last for more than a few days. But the Lebanese Islamic resistance remained steadfast for 34 days and managed to move the battle deep into Israel for the first time in the history of the Israeli-Arab conflict. The Islamic resistance in Lebanon has proved that the Israeli army can be defeated once there is a strong will and belief and once there is a clean national leadership. Hizbullah has every right to celebrate its victory."Read more at www.jpost.com

Sderot: for Second Class citizens useful for schmaltzy Israeli propaganda

The dregs of Israeli citizens - often newly arrived immigrants from Russian criminal prisons or other non White 'pure' with their brand new passports for the land of 'democracy for Jews', along with citizen-less Arab collaborators - are housed in Sderot. It's is mandatory that these residents are paraded before ALL foreign visitors and dignitaries to show the damage from the Gaza 'missiles' that occasionally hit a building.

It's on the same tour as the exceedingly profitable holocaust industry extraction building.

Sderot - Sacrifice a Few Immigrants for The Cause?

Let's get these deadly Palestinian rocket attacks into perspective.

Israel has a policy of establishing front-line, development towns where brave, courageous Israeli colonists can confront the 'Arab Peril'.
Sderot is one such.
It was set up as a front-line town, and it gets attacked, as it was planned to be. That's why Sderot's population is half recent Russian immigrant, and half Sephardi (Moroccan and Persian Jews). Not a brave Ashkenazi or Sabra in sight
Sderot is useful as a subject for schmaltzy Israeli propaganda:

- The undeveloped Arab town of Beit Hanoun to the left, with its tiny peasant fields around.
- The New Town of Sderot, paid for by contributions by (mostly) American Jews or the US Government.
The first inhabitants of Sderot arrived in 1951 to what was then known as the Gevim-Dorot transit camp. Most of these residents were Kurdish and Persian refugees who lived in tents and shacks before building permanent structures almost four years later in 1954. In the 1961 census, the percentage of North African immigrants, mostly from Morocco, was 87% in the town, whilst another 11% of the residents were immigrants from Kurdistan. In the 1950s, the city continued to absorb a large number of immigrants from Morocco and Romania, and was declared a local council in 1958.

In the 1990s Sderot again absorbed a large immigrant population from the former USSR, and doubled its population in this decade. In 1996 it was declared a city. According to CBS, in 2001 there were 9,500 males and 9,700 females (about half the population of its Palestinian twin, Beit Hanoun)
How would you feel if a bunch of Russian immigrants were dumped in a brand-new town just a mile across an uncrossable border within your own homeland, and given huge subsidies as 'Jewish' immigrants, while you were left to rot in a prison?

Iraqi Vet spills the beans on RACISM in US Army!

AMERICAN IRAQ VET SAYS - ENOUGH, NO MORE!

August 12th, 2010

" My name is Mike Prysner. I joined the Army and went for basic training on my eighteenth birthday in June of 2001. I was assigned to the 10th Mountain Division and in March of 2003 I was attached to the 173rd Airborne Brigade deployed to northern Iraq.

When I first joined the Army, we were told that racism no longer existed in the military. A legacy of inequality and discrimination was suddenly washed away by something called the 'Equal Opportunity Program. We would sit through mandatory classes and every unit had this EO representative to ensure that no elements of racism could resurface. The Army seemed firmly dedicated to smashing any hint of racism.

And then September 11th, 2001 happened and I began to hear new words like 'towel head' and 'camel jockey' and the most disturbing: 'sand nigger.' And these words did not initially come from my fellow soldiers but from my superiors: my platoon sergeant, my company first sergeant, battalion commander. All the way up the chain of command these terms, these viciously racist terms were suddenly acceptable
And I noticed that the most overt racism came from veterans of the first Gulf War. And those were the words they used when incinerating civilian convoys. Those were the words they used when this government delivered any target(ing) of civilian infrastructure; bombing water supplies knowing it would kill hundreds of thousands of children.

We've just learned that we've killed over a million Iraqis since the invasion. But we already killed a million Iraqis in the '90s through sanctions and bombings prior to this invasion. But the number is truly much higher.

When I got to Iraq in 2003 I learned a new word and that word was "Hajji". Hajji was the enemy.

So we took the best thing from Muslim and made it into the worst thing.

But, history did not start with us and since the creation of this country, racism has been used to justify expansion and oppression. The Native Americans were called savages. The Africans were called all sorts of things to excuse slavery. And Vietnam veterans know of the multitude of words used to justify that imperialist war.

I threw families onto the street in Iraq only to come home and find families thrown onto the street in this country in this tragic, tragic and unneccesary forclosure crisis; only to wake up and realize that our real enemies are not in some distant land.
